Administrative Assistant (Remote)

I have seen a growth in my business and now need more admin help. At the moment it is a few hours a week(20 max) , but could grow over time. We have a small dedicated team who cover for each other when they are unavailable. If you love working from home and want flexibility, and like helping people, this could be enjoyable work for you, and we’d love to welcome you to the team.
Over the years, when new people have joined us doing a few hours a week, they have tended to take on more responsibility and stay with us for a long time. It’s very important to us that anyone who joins the team will enjoy the work and enjoy working with us. As a result of this we have a thorough process that we use whenever we are looking for a new person to join our team, for every single role. We want to make sure that the work would be a good fit for your skills, profile and values, and that we would work well together.

The Responsibility

• Take things off my plate so I can work in my creative sweet spot more often (community outreach, business planning, creating)
• Manage me and help me stay focused when necessary
• Manage family prospects, make sure our services are delivered on time
• Make sure everyone on our team knows what’s going on and completes their tasks on time by making sure they have what they need
• Manage my emails
• Respond to customer questions and needs
• Help me to get local speaking opportunities and podcast gigs
• Social media planning, posting and scheduling
• Help with live event scheduling and planning.

•CRM management.

The Requirements

Min. high school diploma / AA degree, 3 years administrative experience, MS Office knowledge, customer service and engagement, database CRM management, ability to take on new roles and responsibilities
