MIAMI, FL -Amazing high-profile family is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY for their one month old baby. Position can be live in or live out. Live in accommodations consist of a private area separate from the main home with a private bedroom and bath. Hours are 40-60 per week. They are willing to hire a weekend nanny to guarantee weekends off for their lead nanny if desired. They have a fully-staffed household with housekeepers, a chef, personal assistant, etc., so duties are solely childcare. Must be willing to travel extensively both internationally and domestically once the pandemic lifts. They seek a true professional nanny with years of experience.
MUST HAVE NEWBORN & TODDLER EXPERIENCE. The ideal candidate is grounded, practical, warm, humble, experienced and committed to growing with the family for the long term. Must be a team player and have a high level of emotional intelligence. The family and their team are incredibly warm and welcoming and treat their nanny and staff like family. Start date is AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THE RIGHT FIT. They will have a baby nurse for the first 3-6 months. They are open to someone starting before the baby is born to get acclimated with the family and team. Full benefits are offered including paid sick days, holidays, vacation and health insurance. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
NEWBORN TODDLER EXPERIENCE A MUST
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
THREE+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver’s license (this does not apply to FL residents)
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
