Family of 5 in beautiful Miami Beach are seeking a career nanny for their 2 year old daughter and 8 and 6 year old sons – a team player who can join their rotational childcare team. Duties will include everything pertaining to the care of the children: planning and preparing healthy and organic meals, planning and engaging in age appropriate play, activities, and outings, changing diapers, potty training, meeting/ exceeding developmental milestones, laundry, and light housekeeping pertaining to the children. Additional duties include keeping the common areas neat and tidy, making sure all items are stocked, running errands and household organizational projects.LOCATION: Miami Beach, FL
SCHEDULE: Rotational 2 week on/2 week off.
COMPENSATION: $350-$375 a day + health insurance stipend

Afternoon Mother’s Helper Needed for awesome family with one child, 5 months old, in Miami Beach! You will be working a full 40 hour a week shift and will help with things like light housekeeping, transporting to and from activities, engaging the infant when their at home, helping with infant meeting his milestones, preparing snacks + meals for the infant and assisting with his morning/evening/bedtime routine.LOCATION: Miami Beach
SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-6pm
COMPENSATION: $28-$35/hour gross, depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully vaccinated for COVID (including all eligible boosters)

Mom is around, so you should be comfortable being a teammate and working alongside her whenever needed. Full Job Description
Family is seeking an experienced, professional, active, and engaging full-time Special Needs Nanny. The position requires extreme flexibility as the family’s schedule changes at various times in the year (e.g., summer, holidays, travel, etc.). Applicants need to be honest, trustworthy, understand the importance of maintaining discretion, collaborative and experienced working with family office and domestic staff. The family is open to local candidates only. The start date is flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Experienced with ABA & behavioral modification, play-based learning and creating educational activities (e.g. plan engaging, developmentally appropriate games and activities, projects and crafts, themed weeks, scheduled outings, etc.)
Knowledgeable about child development (e.g., firm when necessary and capable of teaching children manners and etiquette, but also capable of being laid back and fun)
Support teaching and reinforcement of manners and other social skills
Provide developmentally appropriate games and activities, engaging projects and crafts at home, and schedule/plan fun outings and events
Assist children with homework and school projects (when age-appropriate)
Transport children to and from school, scheduled activities, sports, play dates, outings, etc.
Prepare fresh and healthy meals for children that introduce them to new foods (communicating with private chef regarding food relating to children)
Domestic duties relating to child (e.g., washing dishes after meals, tidying playroom and bedroom, packing and unpacking children for trips/ travel, etc.)
Organizational projects relating to child (e.g., taking toys and clothing to donation, rotating children’s clothes seasonally, rotating books and toys quarterly or bi-annually, etc.)
Experienced and willing to be an extension of the parents collaborating and communicating frequently (previous experience working with principals that are around the residence is ideal)

ABA BACKGROUND experience with implementing behavioral plans

Experienced working with similar aged children (toddlers, preschool, school-aged, etc.)

They’re located in Miami Beach and looking to find a special Nighttime NCS to fulfill a 12 Week Assignment! Their dream person is calm, gentle, knowledgeable about ages and stages of development (particularly infants up to 1 year), supportive and communicative with the parents, and very hands but not overbearing. They’d also love your help in getting him on a solid, consistent schedule including sleep training, and will help nurture and bond with their precious baby.
LOCATION: Miami Beach
SCHEDULE: 12 week assignment (Now through late May/Early June) | Mon-Fri; 7pm-7am (guaranteed) + occasional weekends is a bonus when mom is traveling for work, with advanced notice
COMPENSATION: $40-50/hr
