Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends when needed

Travel: Domestic and international travel may be required

General Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, engaging role where you’ll provide high-quality childcare and support the children’s development in partnership with the parents.
Childcare & Daily Routines

Provide loving care for two children, ages 3 and 5

Manage daily schedules including school drop-offs, pick-ups, playdates, and activities
-
Support early childhood milestones such as social skills, language, and creativity
Educational & Enrichment Support

Organize educational games, reading time, and creative play
-
Plan fun and structured activities to promote curiosity and problem-solving

Encourage independence and emotional development
Health & Nutrition

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks following family preferences

Oversee proper hygiene and daily routines

Ensure the children’s environment is safe, tidy, and well-organized
Travel & Household Coordination

Assist with packing, organizing, and managing children’s items during trips

Light household duties related to the children’s care (laundry, toy organization, etc.)

Maintain a professional, discreet presence within a high-profile household
Qualifications & Requirements
This position is ideal for a career nanny in their mid-30s to late-40s who is energetic, highly skilled, and passionate about supporting family life.

5+ years of professional nanny experience required

Prior experience in private household settings strongly preferred

CPR & First Aid certified

Expertise in early childhood development for preschool-aged children

Active, energetic, and capable of managing an active schedule

Must be open to travel when needed

Fluent English required; bilingual a plus
