Compensation: $30+/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Travel: Occasionally required; flexibility preferred

General Responsibilities
As a full-time infant care nanny, you will provide comprehensive support to ensure the infant’s health, safety, and developmental progress.
Infant Care & Daily Routines

Provide hands-on, loving care for an infant

Support sleep schedules, feeding plans, and developmental milestones

Establish consistent routines for the baby’s comfort and stability
Parental Education & Communication

Provide feedback and share insights on infant milestones

Collaborate with parents to support their parenting style and preferences

Educate parents on proper feeding, soothing, and safety practices
Health, Safety & Development
-
Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for the infant

Administer bottles, manage breastmilk storage, and ensure proper sterilization

Follow pediatrician recommendations and CDC infant care guidelines
Enrichment & Early Learning

Engage the baby with age-appropriate sensory activities
-
Read, sing, and interact regularly to promote language and brain development

Track developmental milestones and provide progress updates to parents
Household & Organizational Support

Handle baby-related laundry and organize nursery essentials
-
Keep baby supplies, toys, and feeding areas clean and stocked

Coordinate seamlessly with parents and other household staff
Qualifications & Requirements
This position is best suited for a career nanny with strong experience in newborn and infant care:

Minimum 5+ years of professional infant care experience

Valid CPR & First Aid certifications required

Must be fully vaccinated per CDC infant care recommendations

Excellent knowledge of infant feeding schedules and sleep training techniques

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy in private households

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
